Wafer Transport Cart - 6 nests for 8" wafers

This Palbam Class wafer transport cart is designed for safe & ergonomic transport of 8" wafer SMIF Pods or Boxes.
6 specially designed tilted nests hold the wafers firmly and prevent the wafers from vibrating. An extra feature are the patented shock absorbers integrated into each wheel reducing dramatically vibrations on the transported wafers.
This cart is in operation in many Semiconductor Fabs worldwide.

Fabrication material : 304 stainless steel Electropolished finish.
